Shady Spring Middle School
SHADY SPRING MIDDLE SCHOOL – SHADY SPRING, WV – An addition of four new classrooms to an existing school kept in operation. Addition included a total of 2835 square foot comprised of two buildings. Buildings were constructed of load bearing masonry walls with utility brick and EIFS veneer. Heating and cooling was added by way of a hydronic piping system with blower coils. Roofing was a fully adhered system with a gravel stop to match the existing. Finishes included painted walls, acoustical ceilings, and a sprinkler system.
