Performance Physical Therapy
This new facility is largely constructed by using a pre-engineered metal building which is enclosed by using metal stud framing, wrapped in wood sheathing, and Kraft faced insulation. The interior is split in half. The one side of the building will serve as a physical therapy side and the other is a twenty-four-hour gym.
The interior is made up of all new gypsum wall board which is to receive paint, new carpet tile and vinyl plank, and all new casework to accommodate the need for each side. The exterior is the show piece. It is made up of split face block, manufactured stone, and James Hardie siding. The exterior also has a large drive under canopy for eliminating the possibility of getting wet while it’s raining while you are dropping off your personal cargo.
