Services included construction management for the renovation of the historic Hutchinson House in Fairmont, WV. Complete renovation of the interior space for new offices of the Vandalia Heritage Foundation (VHF), left only structural and original walls intact. After approximately six months of extensive renovation, including a new foundation system to manage years of mine subsidence, the project was completed on time and within budget.
