Renovations to the existing three-story, 75,000 square foot, 160-bed nursing home facility, new homestead unit and wandering garden for Genesis Health Care. Improvements included new entrance portico and wandering garden for Alzheimer’s residents. Total construction budget was approximately $3,000,000.
