New construction of a 35-room addition to the existing Hampton Inn located at 1 Preferred Place (Corridor “G”), Charleston, WV. Work to include adding a sixth floor addition totaling 18, 414 square feet. Also includes a new 400-amp electrical service, new rooftop make up air handling unit, new sanitary, water and gas service, site storm drainage system and parking lot expansion.
