The building is a three story, 62,000 square foot steel framed structure on spread footings with over large, reinforced pads for steel moment frames.
The building exterior consists of aluminum composite material (ACM), stone and curtain wall glazing systems. The roofing system will be made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) for the mechanical well and standing seam metal on the mansard trusses.
The 30’ x 40’ Porte-cochère is made of structural steel, stone, and polycarbonate roof panels.
Interior construction includes metal stud and gypsum partitions, metal stairs, wood doors, acoustical ceilings, wall and floor finishes, plastic laminate casework, solid surface tops, a traction elevator. Creating much needed training facility, upscale offices, and elegant board room spaces.
The systems in the facility include HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, electrical and telecommunication systems. The building also includes a state-of-the-art data communications facility serving as the brain center for ECA’s USA operations.
