Construction management services for a new 4,000 square foot restaurant addition and renovation in Charleston, WV. All new finishes and window walls were constructed. The entrance is made grand with new 8’ 6” solid wood and glass doors. All new commercial kitchen equipment was installed. A new smoker friendly bar is programmed for the restaurant including a solid granite top and etched glass hanging.
